well. I like the blue...do not paint your cat. I do not the council. the heat is too hot for the paint remains on the cat. what color are your cylinder head and Head Cover

i did the same thing to my upper intake manifold.....get a sanding pad and an angle grinder and take the paint off the top, looks damn good.....here's mine
