Does anyone know how hard it would be to make the extra portion of the cab on a 93 open up like the newer Rangers?

Very hard to do!!! Cutting has to be perfect, then you have to make a frame support to hold the doors and align it up to look good...any other way will be stupid looking. Go look at a supercab with the access doors. I have one and there is a lot that goes with it.

yeah, you can pick up a 4 door cab for less than $300 with just the half doors on it around here....just re-use your doors....

cant do that... the doors changed size starting with the 98 model year... they are just about 3 inches longer...

Not positive, but I think that was only on the standard cabs. I think the Supercabs stayed the same length.
