Any ways i bought the aftermarket wireing harness made all the conections corectly any ideas also i grounded the amp buy the driver side door i noticed that there is the ground for something else near the ground for my amp????? Help Thanks Buy the way this is My FIrst Truck With Subs And I thinks Truck Bass Rocks!!!!

Check your alternator output with the audio system running. You may be overloading the generator. Also check the condition of the connections at the solenoid end of the positive battery cable. I've seen loose wires there cause the whole truck to skip a beat when any tiny little load is added to the system, bights, turns, brake lights.

yep, check your cables and your grounds. its normal for the lights to dim when the bass hits (if you havent upgraded the battery to an 850cca, installed thicker battery cables, and a larger alternator) but for everything to hiccup like that aint right. what exactly did you ground the amp to?
