picked the truck up last night it looks like the 2008 has a 1 in block in the rear and decranked t/b. I am ordering a 2in block kit from superlift and cranking the tb's. Then the Nitto Terra grapplers 265/75/16 will go on. That should get me up just a little above the 2007 Level II's.
