My dad's cousin owns an '88 Mustang. The guy before him put the parts from a ranger on it for the front wheels.

I'm wondering if anyone has ALL the parts required to change everything back from the ranger parts to the mustang parts from the knuckles to the wheels?

Edit: He wants to put the correct parts on because the ranger stuff requires wheel spacers...and he doesn't like that. lol

Wait, what?

Pics or it didn't happen.

I don't have the parts on hand, but I'm headed to the junk yard this weekend.

It might not be cheap to get all that out and shipped to Canada though.

Yeah...apenently the former owner used the parts off a ranger (from knuckle to studs) as a replacement. And in doing so narrowed the stance of the front end to the point where it needs spacers for the wheels. :dunno:

I know there's probably a better way to explain this, but I'm wayyyyy too tired to think of it right now. lol

People swap 2wd 1983-94 2wd Ranger Brake rotors onto NON-V8 "Fox" Mustangs
to allow the use of FIVE LUG wheels.

Converting it back (in the front) is as simple as installing replacement four lug rotors.

On the rears you'd need Mustang axle shafts and new 4-lug brake drums.

Though I can't imagine why you'd want to convert it back

Ranger steering knuckles on a Mustang? Never

Atleast not without custom fabricating virtually everything in between those nuckles and the body
