Not to bash on the guy but if I were new to this procedure there are two important things that video lacks that would probably make my day that much more complicated. First as mentioned you should ALWAYS put the transmission in neutral before pulling the shifter off of the stub. Second, how did HE get the pins out? Someone who is not mechanically inclined might get into a little bit of a mess not knowing these things. Also the vendor he mentioned in the video "Allstate Gear Company" is by far the cheapest place you will find for these parts. They manufacture some of them and someone else makes the rest which is why they are WAY cheaper than the dealer. I have installed them in probably close to 100 transmissions and never heard a complaint so far.
