I have been having a problem with no dash or runnings lights on the truck , I spend 4.5 hours trying to find out why . I checked all the switches , looked for a shorted wire under and behing the dash , nothing .
I finally check the connections of the front park/turn signals . What I found suprised me , the left light had corrosion between the park light brown wire and the ground of the light socket . this is what was causing the problem . I ended up cutting the parking light wire as the scoket would clean up and need to be replace . This solve my dash and running light problem .
I hope other who have something similar happen check the front light connectionsd for corrosion on the contacts
