I on the lookout for a new Ranger / Mazda 4x4 diesel 2.2 - 2.4.
I stupidly got rid of my Ranger ( 300+Ks) and now regret it.
Does anyone suggest what combination ( new and old ) Engines / transmissions / transfer case I can get to maximize Mpg.
So far I tentativly found a Masda diesel 2wd, is it easy to convert to 4x4? Not just as simple as get another Ranger 4x4 body only and swap the 4x4 bits.
Great idea, so little time, so little experience, such is life.
