The current overseas Rangers I saw while in the Middle East aren't much different than the US models, other than the plastic/fiberglass front bumpers. I didn't see any 2025 models, that I'm aware of. So, I can't speak on whether they stayed similar or not.
The classic Rangers that were over there in the past were recognizable as being Rangers but were quite different. Supercrew cabs, plastic/fiberglass front bumpers, and the bed was a bit different. There were no regular cabs or Supercrews. They were all Supercrew. But this was on a military base. So, what may have been out in the civlian world may have been different. I don't remember seeing many Rangers when I was on deployments in Europe. Most people drive little cars. There was a lot of those.
