Wont go into gear

87 bronco 2, 2.9, swapped in a junkyard m5od from 91 exploder. Used exploder clutch master cyl and line. Worked fine. Master cyl went bad. Replaced with new. Worked for a week or so. Then started hard to shift. Clutch pedal has good resistance from top down. Throw out bearing moves quite a bit. Pressure plate barely moves. Any ideas?

Plenty of fluid in the reservoir? Have had to add any lately?
