won't change source??

So I had to disconnect the battery the other day to do some work and when I reconnected it, I found that the head unit (Pioneer P5800MP) won't change sources. Looks like it only has tuner mode. I usually use aux mode for my ipod, but now when I hit the src button, it does nothing. Any ideas of how I can fix this? Thanks!

Does it have a remote you could try? Maybe it's the button.

yeah, the button I'm using is on the remote, which seems to work fine since all the other buttons on the remote are working. Also I'm pretty sure the remote worked fine before...

So it doesn't work on the deck or the remote then?

I know the deck in my Mustang has a reset behind the faceplate. Can't remember if the deck in my F150 does or not, but I'm betting so (both Pioneer).

I would try that if you haven't already. You'll need a pen or something of that nature to push it.

Maybe try unhooking the battery again? Worth a try.
