This is what I'm seeing

It never got to one volt. I don't know if that's because of way I'm using to test it, or if something's wrong

No, on the engine
As long as its the same 2006 computer/cluster and wiring harness twisting those wires together should work

Key on, all dash lights come on and no flashing THEFT light?

If possible have someone turn the key to START while you test the pink wire for 12volts, test light or volt meter is fine
If no 12volts then check fuse 21 in cab fuse box

I assume you have not hooked up the Clutch switch, which would disconnected the pink wire at DTR

The starter relay in engine fuse box is Grounded by PATS(via computer), which is in the Cluster in 2006
Without that ground then no starter motor activation
But long shot if you are just swapping auto to manual trans, that wouldn't effect PATS

Since the Computer is involved with grounding the starter relay its possible it wants to see Park from the DTR but never ran into that
And this would also activate REV limiter, which would be bad for driving, lol

What red/white wire?
And looking at the chart, there's a red/white wire for "Neutral Sense"

Not seeing a Red/white wire on the DTR

Page 2

I do see red/white and black wire but only used on a 4x4 for neutral sensing, I don't see it connecting to the computer or as part of START circuit

And fuse 21 is OK?
You should have 12v there with key in START regardless, so that would be first issue

Fuse 21 is fine, not seeing anything other then some wear on the contacts but that's it

And okay, gotcha I thought it might have something to do with it.

The battery is now reading 10 volts after all the testing I've tried today

Fuse 21 should show 12v(10v) with key turned to START on one of its terminals

Currently out of light to work today, and the battery is down to 10v so it won't be able to work the starter until I try to jump it

I only got a max of 0.033 with the voltmeter set to 20v. I'm not sure if I was hold the probes tightly enough against it, as the probes on that one is super short and it's difficult to hold em. But there was a spike in voltage when the key was moved to START

Reconfirming with a set of better leads jammed into the fuse sockets I got the same result. Clearly being a low voltage situation, but I have no idea where to look to try and find where the issue is.
I am really hoping I don't have to take apart my dash to chase a wire.
Where else can I look to try and find the issue?

Well, in trying to check the ignition switch I found this little guy. Not too sure if this would cause the issue or not

Tracking unit. It's probably dead.

Oh yeah, that does explain the wear on the steering wheel and why it felt like most of the maintance was "just get it to run and keep the AC blowing cold"
My only question with it, and I couldn't find anything myself is. Would that be the source of the issue?
