Wiring Fuses, anything vital missing?

So my dashboard lights are not working, and the computer plug in port does not have power when i plug the computer into it, i checked the fuses they all are good. not sure what to do?

turns out im a doofus, there was a 20 out in the picture i uploaded. I remember fixing that about a year ago, its blown again. maybe a short in the wiring,
 
ok so i plugged the computer in and it reads p0128, coolant thermostat issue. sorry for this dumb thread, alwaysfloored i read your sig and thought of myself writing this posting.
 
The DLC connector shares a fuse with the cig lighter port. If you have issues with that fuse blowing suspect something you are plugging in to the lighter first.
