Winter storage options

I've had the 10x17 harbor freight portable garage for 6-7 years now and its holding up well enough.

It IS starting to tear in some high stress areas, but I definitely got my (at the time) $170 bucks worth out of it. I'd like to cover the roof and sides with that plastic wavy roofing stuff you can find at home shitpo or lowes. As it is right now I covered the roof with aluminum gutter coil so it's way easier cleaning snow off the top of it.

There is a 12mil heat shrink poly that works very good to recover the tarp sheds. Its the same stuff that is used to wrap boats for winter or large industrial machines for temporary storage. I lucked out and bought 3 rolls 40'x60' for $100 on Craigslist. Another cheap source is used advertising billboards that use painted tarps. Use your Google-fu.

You can just give the Bronco to me and I’ll give it a good home out of the weather.

let me think that over...

Hotels often have underground parking garages and in our area the Hotels are not as busy in the Winter months so will rent out spaces by the month, basically free money for them, lol
But no they wouldn't want you to work on it in the garage

They almost always have cameras and/or security gates

People in residential buildings with underground parking may not have a vehicle so will rent out their space, usually advertised on craigslist
