Wiggly clutch slave bleeder: This is wrong, right? How wrong?

3.0 5 speed. I was about to try to bleed to clutch slave cylinder and discovered that it wiggles. I'm assuming this is wrong. How wrong, and how soon is it likely to cause a problem?
I was also a afraid to try to open the bleeder because it's pretty rusty (not sure how well that shows up in the video). Any suggestions beyond squirting some PB Blaster on that bad boy? If it doesn't open pretty easily, I'll probably just leave it unbled since you have to drop the tranny to replace the slave. Ugh, now that I've learned about concentric slave cylinders, I wish I hadn't.
 
Your bolts may be a little loose that hold it in there. Or there might be a clip someone left out that holds the line. Here's a link.
