Where's the best place to buy a valve body?

2000 2.5, 4R44E with 82,000 miles

I just had a filter and fluid change and he said if I would buy a pre-modified valve body with all the latest upgrades that he would install it for $100.00 Where's the best place to get a valve body?

Thanks for the reply. After buying an ATSG Manual on eBay I've decided to modify the valve body myself. I've rebuilt several engines and the tranny doesn't look that hard, just need to pay close attention to the details.
