Where to buy Rear Anti Sway bars for 2003 Ranger 4x4

I have a 2003 XLT Extended cab FX4 4x4 and will be putting a small camper on the back. After adding a leaf spring, and E rated tires I am looking to see if there are ways to add anti sway bars to the rear. I am not able to find any thing for the rear. Has anyone seen something like this? I have found it for a Jeep Wrangler but not my Ford.

May not help much but I had seen that the BII rear sway bar would fit under Rangers, but I can't rember the years of Rangers this would work for.
Ahha! Helwig #7675 (front) and #7511 (rear). I love helwig. Did wonders for my '06 QC Hemi.

Family has used them for years, really great company. Warrenty that will (and have) replaced my links free of charge (for life) on my '06 QC. I am looking at their BII setups. May not be bigger (I hope they are), but aren't 20 years old so should help with my road manners I'm looking for.

I got one at the junk yard with everything for about 20 bucks. It doesn't matter which rear (7.5 or 8.8) because it will fit either. I got mine off a 98, and put it on an 87 frame.

It was a huge pain in the butt on the drivers side because it mounts by the fuel tank. I got me a scar as evidence, LOL. Luckily mine was getting mounted on a trailer without the tank.

Must appease the gods with blood sacrifice. All I did was replace a couple of sensors this weekend and gave my fair share.

Heck, I just put this together: The rear bars listed for the BII's are the same as listed for ALL Rangers. So, you should be able to do like Shane96Ranger and get them from a J/Y. I would suggest new end links with bushings. MOOG makes a very nice product. I've put them on my wifes T/A.
