I cant seem to fin it I just tested my computer I figured it would be over there on the cowel side but I cant seem to find it help please !!?

It should be on the passenger side inner fender. Just behind the starter relay. There will be 2 there that look very similar. The EEC and I think the fuel pump relay.

Yeah I think the brown one is EEC, green is fuel pump, and a black one is buried in there for WOT cut off.

There should be 3 relays in a row, they were on the wheel wheel for many years, they did put them under the Power Distribution box, and then in the Power Distribution box.

1988 is probably under the Power box.

3 relays are
Fuel Pump Relay (green)
EEC Relay(brown)
WOT(wide open throttle) relay(black)

I think EEC relay is in the middle

Ron hit it on the head.

Right behind the battery is a plastic shield with a little pin in the middle. Pull the pin, remove the shield. Your fuel pump and EEC relays are under there, you are after the brown one.

Could any of these cause no start but will allow it to crank
