I am trying to find the best (cheapest) place to purchase softride rear leafs for my 2008 ranger. I am trying to find a 6" lift height but a site like summit doesn't seem to list the height, or I am not looking hard enough.

Cheapest... As always a lucky find at a salvage/junk yard

Cheapest i agree JY, Chevys... I don't really want to move the mount around. I will look for that application tab at the summit site. Like I said maybe I didn't look hard enough.

couldnt find any skyjacker leafs for that year on summit, but here is a link to the application tab for 6" leafs for my year

I am not sure about the years either because explorer leafs will fit, but the same year explorers that fit they have ranger leafs listed. Are they one in the same?

no ranger and expo leaves are diff. expo leaves are thicker i believe. same width.
I am hesitant to do chevy leaves as my frame is bolted together around that area. I at first thought it was a broken frame fix but apparently all 98+(correct me if im wrong) are 2 piece frames. Ill have to take off bed and make sure i wont have to remove stupid frame bolts to do that...

i'd still make chevys work... they are good and flexy and cheap

So essentially they are the same length, just the expos are thicker for added cab weight?

2pc frame, ouch! Never heard of any trucks having that.
