What's your TRS story??

It's been a little while since he's been on. I see posts by him from time to time on facebook. So, he is still alive and kicking.
Good to know.

He silently bowed out with no official comment.
I miss him and his wealth of knowledge.
Gotcha. Yeah he knew his shit. I would of liked to of seen him, allan, and ron compete in some sort of RBV jeopardy challenge. Would have been interesting lol.

Here's another story;

Last year @85_Ranger4x4 came to the fall gathering and two girls in a Ford Bronco showed up and followed him around everywhere.

And they weren't orange.

I bought a Ranger back in college because it seemed like the cheapest way to get my dirtbike to the trails. One day the slave cylinder went bad. TRS tech library got me through it.

Now I'm fully ruined and have at least tried every type of auto repair/modification you can do.

I wish I could remember all the details of my start here, it was sometime before the big forum hack/reboot, I think I was on my 2nd ranger at the time . “the green machine” I called it, a cayman green ‘93 supercab 4x4 4.0 ohv. Loved that truck, my favorite of everything Ive ever owned and had it for 14 years. I remember makg & allen d, my favorite ranger on the forum was a reg cab longbed 4x4 , green with a 302 swap. Only 1 thing could make it better and eventually that got fixed when the auto was replaced by a manual in that ‘85. Ironically im without a ranger right now, my last ranger was a ‘94 with a lot of rust problems , so with great regret I had to let it go before it literally broke in half on me. I have 2 escapes now, a awd 3.0 & a fwd 2.5 Currently on the search for my next ranger, prefer older (pre-‘98) I was on several other ranger forums back in the day, one at least doesn’t even exist anymore , think it was “ off road rangers”, Ive always found this one to be the best. I believe it will continue to be the best.
