So I plan on getting a 300 WATT RMS amp/sub. I figured that at 13.9v( With everything running,Lights/heater/etc). It will draw 21 amps, some guy at VIP told my my stock Alternator wouldn't handle it. I am 99.99% sure it will.

I am just wondering, what sound systems do you guys run of your stock alternators?

IIRC, the lowest output stocker should be something like 65A. My autozoo stock
replacement alternator can run my inverter & angle grinder (at least 20A) no problem.

Your 93 has a 95 amp alternator. You can do some searching and probably find another model that will bolt in. But with a 300 watt amp, you'll be fine. I ran my US-400x (1500 rms) with stock alternator and AGM battery (96 2.3l with 95 amp alternator) with no problems...

ya, that's what I thought. I just wanted a little input. BTW i'll have to upload some videos after I get it and install it.

Oh, also I knew the stock was one a 95, the one I have is from an f150 i think?
I will have to look at it. I thought I had used the 130 Amp version

if you get the money upgrade to a tuffstuff 140amp single wire alt. my subs have never hit so hard before... 600w rms, and a 1200w rms power inverter, 12v 25a air compressor non continues.

Lights and heater are just a few Items that you power from your altenater, you have fuel system, ecm, horn, high beams, injectors, ignition system, wipers and charge the battery a 130 amp would be a good choice, as well as battery with a healthy reserve capacity, if your battery is old then this may compound any problems that arise, just my 2 cents

I previously had a Pioneer 700 watt amp driving a RF Punch 750 watt sub. It would draw 30+ amps when driving it (volume turned up above comfortable listening, but not maxed out), which would dim lights, drop the volt gauge, etc. I switched to a Boss 800 RMS (I think...) amp, and can just about max it out with tops .2 volts drop. This is all with the stock alt, newer but cheaper battery, however this also includes a 1 farad cap in line.

There are much more knowledgable people than I when it comes to audio systems, but I would suspect a 300W system should not be a problem, even if you blast it like a hood rat. :P

I actually just put a 300w amp in my 85 ranger which has a 65 amp alt. It seems to be working fine but would probably work a lol better with the 90 amp. You'll be fine.
