Whats the safest possible washer lift hight?

Thinking about stuffing some washers under the front coils to level out the front end. It's way out of whack with sagging springs and since it's winter, I can't afford new coils. So what I was thinking of doing was welding up a bunch of washers (I need the outer/inner diameter for those btw?) so that I achieve about 2 inches of spacing. Do able or no?

I don't care that I should need drop brackets. The fronts got mad camber anyway, raising it will only make it better.

If you say no I'll go hunting for junkyard springs, but I bet they will be just as messed up as before.

Washers = free/$2 max
Junk yard springs = 10ea, plus 20 in gas. And 3 in oil. Whoot for leaky pans..
New springs = too damn much.

I put about 6 washers under each coil on mine. This actually fixed my negative camber. / \ Rasied the front about an 1.5".

Remember the TTB has a 1:1.5 lifting effect.

Put a 1" spacer in there and it will raise the front 1.5".

You CAN go as far as the coil spring stud will allow, or being able to get the nut back on.....all the way on.....

But you might actually end up with some positive camber. \ /

Hmm.. I'll probably add and check until I get it as close to strait as possible. Right now the fronts about 3-4 inches lower than the back.
