Well, I guess that kills that idea. Yeah, probably wasn't a good one anyway. If Eric's Village People impersonation was going to make the universe break, a TRS doing GGW might trigger another Big Bang. Universe decides we're too broken and just decides to start over.

Do videos on stuff you like and interest you in some way or it will be a chore. You already know what goes into taking video and editing it. Now throw that on some kind of schedule and it will become a grind if you don't like what you are doing.

A possible issue with that is it can quickly make the thing you really love work... and burn you out on it.

A mix of "how-to" recovery content and trail repair would be great, especially for those newer to offroading. I had a tyre pop off the bead once in the middle of nowhere, and I had no clue what to do until someone showed me the rope trick with a ratchet strap and air. It could've ended differently if I had been alone, so showing that kind of stuff in videos could help others big time.

My favorite nonfiction style videos are the historical/documentary/expedition type. (The Turtle Expedition, Alone in the Wilderness...) So I was thinking maybe videos that feature

Maybe a tribute tour? I know that it won't have the off road or overland chops expected but it would be a road trip from the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn to the Edison House in Fort Myers. I doubt the original route could be used but driving down the Dixie Highway and stopping where they did along the way would capture the spirit of the adventure.

Get some real nice wheels with 37" tires, strap those to a total clapped out pile. "Don't get it right, just get it running exactly like D/F says. Take it on the road. Only then, everyone & everything else looks interesting. You must, must show how to not use the "safety gasoline jug" employing all it's features & benefits, and other imported parts store automobile junk. How to use a cinder block to "block sand" restoration of a fender. A brick or two shy is a good thing.
