I just tore-up a good set of plug wires trying to get them off the spark plugs and dist cap. They were seized on and had to use pliers to force/rip them off. Bummer!

What do you guys use as a plug wire boot lubricant? Thought I had put dielectric grease on before but can't swear to it.

Any feedback is appreciated!

Boot lubricant?

I use either shit or shinolla. I can never tell the difference.

I use dielectric grease.

Astro glide.

I just spray in some silicone lube from an aerosol can. I do it primarily to repel water from seeping in and causing misfire.

dielctric grease- always

Dielectric, I buy that stuff by the tub just about, lol. Goes on plug wires, bulb sockets, electrical plugs, battery terminals...
