What do I choose?

I have an '05 Ford Ranger Edge with the 3.0L V6, and I have a dilemma. I want to make my truck sound like it has some balls (a new exhaust set up), but I have sensitive ears. Therefore, I need something thats not gonna resonate in the cab, and mess up my hearing even more. What's the best choice? Flowmaster? Magnaflow? Gibson? (Other than stock)
