Weird no start experience

FPR wouldn't be suspect for a one time glitch, possible, just would be way down on the list for a no start, that did start on its own
Its a simple spring valve setup, either works or doesn't, especially at startup when there is no vacuum in the intake

Well, I guess that sums it all up.
This thread has gone far as need be.
Have to start new one about something even more baffling....
