wagoneer d44 vaccum disconnect


Should be able to install a non disco axle shaft.
 
i just did a bunch of research on this and decided to stay away from it.

what you have to do is replace the 2 piece axle with a one piece from a hub lock waggy.

but either the inner or outer axle seal diameters are different, so thats a problem. gotta find a seal that fits.

and as for the diff cover with the pump thing on it, the diff housing is a lil wider than a normal 44. therefore normal aftermarket covers wont fit. that pump has to either be cut off and plugged, or a custom cover made.

get locking hubs

and after all that crap, you have a regular waggy axle. haha.
