1999 Ford Ranger 3.0L Flex Fuel manual transmission.
During acceleration and at highway speeds the truck has a vibration in the gas pedal and a pinging type sound the vibration/shutter stops when you let off the gas. Truck has no trouble codes.
I have replaced the coil, spark plugs & wires, U joints, EGR valve pressure sensor & cleaned the mass air sensor checked all the vacuum lines and Engine/Trans Mounts. Sea foamed. Any help would be great!

Might try an intake cleaning with SeaFoam ($9 a can) through the brake booster hose.

The 3.0 is prone to carbon deposits and pinging.
