Vacuum lines help!

I need help reconnecting some vacuum lines! 4.0 ohh 1991 4x4 ranger. I have pictured three lines that I found open on my engine bay.

I just bought the truck. The previous owner said the 4x4 isn't working (but the transfer case will engage, must be an issue with hubs not locking?) and the oil smells heavily of fuel. This may tip off where these lines need to go?

I have pictured the lines that I need to hook up. The first picture I am holding the line that is coming off of the air box. The second and third photo are of two open lines that are wrapped in the same harness. I am holding the harness and have a pic showing where they are coming from.

Can someone please post a photo of where these lines go on a ohh 4.0? Can someone also say where the vacuum lines are for fuel and hubs?

I think your first and second picture may go together.

The auto hubs on that year have no vacuum component, they are mechanically actuated with a ratchet cam on the inside of the hub by the motion of the axle shaft. Trans in N, Tcase in 2 hi grab the front drive shaft and spin it by hand, One hub will lock, the other shaft will keep spinning, then you know which hub is bad and you can replace them both anyway because everyone but the junk yard sells them in pairs.

Check to see if the fuel pressure regulator is hooked up. If you look closely at your first picture, near the hose clamp on the radiator hose is a steel braided line. Your fuel pressure regulator is very close to that line, it should have a red vacuum line coming off it and going around to the tree. Also make sure that line has vacuum with the engine running, fuel-smelling oil is often caused by over-fueling. Your 3rd picture looks roughly like the line that goes to the FPR, it's the right shape, and may be the correct length, but without a banana in the picture it is hard to get a sense of scale.
 
I think you're right! Thank you so much! I wonder if my lifters are ticking so loud because the oil is full of gas?
 
That certainly wouldn't help.
