Upper control arms for a 2002 Ford ranger XL

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get some control arms with inner changeable u joints. My Ranger has a 6 inch lift on the frontWith torsion bar suspension, And I have to change the upper control arms about once a year because those ball joints go out. Do y’all know if there’s a control arm with interchangeable ball joints like the lowers that I can use so I don’t have to change the whole control arm every time?

I know Moog make control arms with replaceable ball joints and I'm sure there are other makes. From what i've seen cheap one can't and more expensive ones you can
