I have a 98 Ranger 4.0. I have replaced coil, wires, plugs, maf sensor, egr, crank sensor, cam sensor, fuel pump fuel filter. truck will crank, try and start but will not start. I'm at my wit's end. Please help!!!

Spray some ether or gas in the intake and crank it. If it fires then dies, you have spark. Therefore it's a fuel issue. If it won't fire, then it's a spark or timing issue.

That's @RonD's 50-50 test

Furthermore, you touched a lot of stuff. Go back over your work and make sure everything is connected properly and tightened down.
