truck pull right after hitting bump

94 ranger 4x4 with daystar level kit ,pulls hard to right after hitting bump in road . front end look tight , installed new ball joint about one year ago at the same time I replaced the wheel bearing & the radious arm bushings . the truck all so has a reman steering box ( changed for leak ) some times when it pulls it maks a clunk sound . HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a radius arm bushing. Make sure It didn't get melted by the cat.
Also could be balljoints.

Did you have the truck realigned after installing the coil spacers?
