Little buffing compound and she'll be good as new.

Sorry to hear about you bad luck; hopefully no one hurt.

Looks like largely replaceable panels; costly but fixable.

BTDT, year and a half ago did similar but took out the radiator... with all junkyard parts other than radiator I was out about $300 for bumper, grille and whole headlight assembly, was able to straighten out the hood, still needs tweaking but works... These are the fastest before and after pics I could find... I was able to pull the dents in the fenders decent enough, yours are a bit crunchier...

That's what I'm looking into right now.

one good thing is there are lots of red rangers being parted on marketplace. especially if you had also needed a stepside bed. fleetside beds are nonexistent in red but you don't need one anyways
