Timing chain gasket kit?

I am getting ready to replace the water pump and timing chain gasket on the 93 3L.
I hope to reuse the oil pan gasket but knowing my luck and the trucks age it will tear.
Some of the write ups talk of kits with a replacement rubber gasket piece and cork wings to build up the removed oil pan gasket section.
Looking online, all the Felpro kits say to use a complete oil pan gasket. Have the kits with cork wings been discontinued? I may have to buy a complete pan gasket and cut it to fit.
Felpro #TCS45291 kit looks high quality. What is Sleeve n' Seal, the cheaper kits do not have this feature?

a thick bead of RTV works.

all the felpro and napa gasket kits i've gotten have come with the oil pan gasket piece.

if your truck doesn't use a cork gasket for the oil pan the kit usually doesn't come with it

If it's the first time you're tearing into the oil pan, it's probably due anyway. I had to do all of this to my '93 over the past month, and if I hadn't done the oil pan gasket, it would've failed soon after. Lots of cracking on the corners, really hard and brittle. Not a fun job though, does require and engine hoist and a good bit of finesse to get the gasket in place without pulling the motor. If you're gonna half-ass it, use plenty of RTV, and pray.

Ford did a TSB several years ago and issued a new pan gasket. It's Felpro #OS30717R. Comes with new (longer) bolts. It is supposed to correct the gasket bulging and leaking after so long. It won't come in the set, the set will come with the older style gasket.

Sleeve 'n Seal is a metal cylinder you drive on the harmonic balancer. It gives you a new surface for the crankshaft seal to ride on. The surface wears down after so long, it's worth the money if you're trying to clean up any leaks in the area.

I did all this last summer and my 93 3.0 has been bone dry, no leaks at all.
