throwout bearing

i can hear my throwout bearing going out how hard is it to change, on a 87 ranger 2.9?

Gunna have to pull the tranny, gunna be a pain since you have 4x4, should check the clutch plates for wear and replace if needed, also going to have to replace the slave if it gets damaged in the tear down just go slow and take your time, goodluck
