Is there any upgrade to a better/ stronger spring. I have broken two of them in the past few months. I dont have anymore throttle bodies laying around. Napa doesnt carry replacement springs, and I dont have a ford garage close to me. right now I have a tiny bunge cord on there cause it broke on a trail ride. It might be because I wheel the truck on the weekend then it sits until the following weekend when it gets washed or wheeled again.
Anybody else seem to have this problem and how did you fix it?
Thanks.

Huh, never heard of that with a Ranger nor have I had that problem. Have you tried a good hardware store for a same type replacement?

Replacement automotive springs are not at all hard to find. Try a different store.

I belive Dorman sells a whole bunch of different kinds.
