I was wondering if anyone is runing Grabber red letters and if so how they like them. Thinking about getting some for my 91 mostly be in the sand and a little mud. Also some pavement but not my dd. Wondering how they wear if they will last or not.

Thanks

They are an awesome all around tire. They last about as long as any other mud tire out there. They are on a TJ I've drove over at superlift and on the road. Only problem I've seen is that The red letters don't stick to great for rock crawling. But other than that they are awesome tires.

For a non DD that still gets some street use; I'd rock them! Only thing is KM2's are probably better in mud. If you're focus is mud; you might wanna look at KM2's or mud country's or Terra Grapplers. But for trail, rock, dirt... You can rock general grabbers jst fine.

Yea looking for sandy gravely two tracks im thinking red letters just dont know what size yet looking at about a 4in lift and fiberglass fenders would like 33s if they dont look to small dont really wanna go to 35s

Red letters are nice, I've heard plenty of stories about the red actually coming off the first time the tire has to spin when you're offroading but people seem to like the traction they offer.

If you're driving in sand, not to intense/deep mud and using as a DD I would suggest falken wildpeak ATs.
Had them on my bronco, I was pulling a guy and my truck kept digging into the loose sand in the wash, everytime I sunk down to the fenders I put it in reverse and popped right out. The tires were amazing (in the sand and a little of the mud that I ran through), the only reason I was getting stuck was because I was towing someone.

Rumor has it that the letters can be removed with a heat gun.
