I have a problem somewhere and I cant find it. I have brake lights but no running lights in the rear anyone have any idea on what maybe the culprit? I did check all the bulbs and they are all good as well as any fuses.

after bulbs and fuses, making sure all the wires are well grounded is the next thing you should check. you can also check the hot wires at the same time to see if any of them are broken. good luck with this and...

Welcome to TRS from another Minnesotan !!!!!

.

Check where the trailer wire connector joins the harness, it's very common to have problems in that area.

The taillight and brake lights are completly seperate. Different fuse, wire, and filiment in the bulb.
I second Martins reply!
Either someone has chopped and hacked the taillight wiring to wire in a trailer plug in or, The plug in style connector corroded apart.
