I'm looking for a Superlift Superunner #1134 steering kit to fit a Ford Ranger / Bronco II.

I've been debating on parting my long travel ttb, doubler ranger out. I have the super runner steering on it.

Let me know. I would be interested as well.

I made a thread looking for one not to long ago as well. If I could get the dimensions off of a old kit, I could make and piece together a new one.

The most difficult part is the idler arm bracket on the passenger side. It has some weir angles and is hard to measure while installed. I could try to get some pictures and measurements of most of it in the next week or so. I just ordered new idler arm bushings for mine.

Long term, I would like to rebuild mine and make it more robust.

It's a pita that we have to go through a whole fab process for a part that many people could benefit from. I'm still surprised that say, Duff or Broncograveyard isn't making their own for sale. Even a simple cad or solidworks scretchup would work. To just make the main bracket. And the tubes that connect to the tie rod ends would be for the most part cake to fab up. Or even if I could get my hands on a old beat up one, I could do the work of drafting up the dimensions and then uploading a free SW or cad drawing of it, so that people in the community could just make their own. Or even a maybe fab up a prototype jig for the main bracket, and then sell it to one of the small aftermarket builders for our platform. So that we could get it into mass production again. It's a pretty simple straight forward design.

still looking

I am still gathering parts ... Lil bob is relentless on this 350z stuff and I have been putting all of my time and resources towards that pain in the ass deal.

I have an unfortunate funeral situation eating up my parts scavenging this week before heading back to work ... I was thinking today ...🤔. The lil spoiled shithead can go to the junkyard now.....he needs to earn some rent....

What are we looking at?

The idler is the tricky part for sure. The engine cross member is in the way. I ended up using a second pitman arm and sector shaft on mine, and moved the steering box forward an inch or so to get a better angle. The rest was simple.

Yeah....hd Chevy idler is something I would use to the steering....and ttb 44.

What transmission and transfer case?

It is in the same chassis as Jim's.
Hard to tell, I honestly don’t study the differences anymore... I just tell the guys to install it.

Best guess... 6r80 and a BW4419.
