ok so I got a eaton m90 of a 1995 supercoup this week and im about to start installing it on my truck but I was wondering if anyone could help on this subject im not shure what a need to do about the maf and the computer stuff. I got the throttle body maf, tps nd all the sensors on the intake system off the donor car and the connectors can I use mine or do I need these? and can I use my computer?

The stock 4.0l OHV MAF and injectors can handle up to 4lbs of boost, so if you ran at 3lbs which is more than enough, then use the stock stuff and stock computer.

Why go through all of the trouble of custom making a supercharger setup to only run 3 lbs of boost? You might get 30 hp out of 3 lbs. it just doesn't seem worth the cost/time/work unless you're planning at least 8-10 lbs.
Injector size, MAF diameter depend on the amount of boost you want to run. So you need to figure out a goal, and then talk to a professional tuner to see what they recommend. Since your truck is OBD1, it may be difficult to find a tuner to work with though.

Above 3lbs would most likely cause other damage to stock pistons and rods, head gaskets.

The point of more air pressure, boost, is to put more fuel in on each cycle, creating a more powerful explosion in the chamber.
Stock designs allow for some higher pressures, and it can be just "the luck of the draw" that 3lbs doesn't break anything, above that will eventually do some damage without question, and usually in a most exciting way, lol.
30hp is a 20% increase on stock HP, nothing to sneeze at until a full build is affordable.

thanks I was planning on trying to run 5 to 8lbs of boost. I went back today and got the fuel injectors off the thunderbird I think they are 30lb injectors. so pretty much I got every thing now off this thunder bird MAP sensor BAP sensor , MAF idle air control n TPS the only reason I thought I would try this route is cuz I work at a junkyard so I got 80 bux invested so far and my dad is a machinest so he can help me with the intake I just have to sort out the sensors does anyone know if really have to use the BAP sensor cuz im planning on trying to get a sct chip and tunner
