I'm aiming to be in Rocky Mtn House on the 26 - 27 - 28th this month with NA4WA. I've got a lot of odds and ends to tie up on this thing before then.

BTW , the truck sounds awesome !!!:icon_hornsup:

Nice!

4.0 SOHC SC in a 1st gen. I love it. Not often you see people workin' the 1st gen.

Oh sure, pick the weekend I'll be in Edmonton......

Truck should haul ass once your done!

I'm to the point that I can drive around now. While it runs very well, it's having some issues. At heavier throttle it seems to lose spark or fuel, basically craps out. I don't have a wide band O2 so I'm not totally sure what's going on. If I disconnect the MAF it doesn't do it but starts pinging , which is not good either.:D I've got a WDS hooked up and I was monitoring MAF and it's not pegging out but I'm not %100 sure why it's doing this. Not throwing any related DTC's.
Sometimes ( 50/50 ) if I throttle slowly, the engine really turns on, making about 4psi.
But I'll figure it out !!!

I have the Explorer seats and center console in, no carpet.

I'll get pics on Monday.

Did you re-set sparkplug gap to .040?
Change fuel to 91 octaine?
