Hey guys, looking for some input. I got a stonecrusher system and love it. Fit and finish is perfect and it should take some abuse and it drives pretty nice to. I went through the front suspension this weekend and problem is when steering right the bolt for the drivers side arm contacts the suspension pivot bracket. Here is a pic

I am considering moding the Radius arm brackets and pusheing them forward an inch or so to move the axle ahead about an inch to help with the issue. What due you guys think? I did notice today at static height you can see the axles do seem to be back just a little bit

i'd shoot stonecrusher an email with the above pic and see what they suggest

Thats the exact problem I had when I had mine. I had to heat it up and put a bend in the draglink portion. Not much you can do other that what you already stated Op, but thats not going to completely solve it either.

Did that, waiting for response. He has been really great with customer service. In no way would I ever say no to buying one. I think this is a odd issue.

Its not isolated though, mine was exactly like that. Even stock the clearance is close (1/4" or a maybe 5/8"). I had to switch to an entirely different steering system.

I though I had the problem that I did because I had an extreme drop FA600 pitman arm and 6.5" lift, which is much more than most people have.

OP, what are the stats on your truck? Edit, never mind, I see you have 5" of lift...

Thanks for that link, that is a perfect solution, never thought of that. Gonna try that and re-set the alignment and see if that takes care of the problem. I remember reading that post last fall now that I re-read it again. Thank you again for the info.

Forgot to ask, Do you still have that on your truck and how does it drive now that you have some miles on it?
