Stock height of 1998 ranger xlt 4x4

I need help. I have a 98 xlt 4x4 super cab that I wanna put a suspension lift on the problem is I'm to sure if it already has one on it or not. I have the stock height measurement already I'm just not sure where to measure the truck at to see if it's stock or already raised. At what point on the truck do I measure to find this out?

if your truck looks about the same hieght as the one in my avatar pic.. it probably is stock, and might have a torsion crank
