step side bed fender flares from fleet side bed?

Sorry if someone has asked already, but I can't search on my phone without it screwing my phone up.....

But, thinking of going to a step side, I know the factory holes for the fender flares are not there (I can drill holes, not worried about that) but do they actually fit snug and line up right with the stepside bed? These are stock fender flares btw.
 
I would do the stepside bed, but no fender flares. I have seen people do it and it really doesnt look good. Plus (I'm not 100% on this) but the stepside fenders front and back already have a flare lip to them, the factory fender flares might not even fit unless those lips are modified.
 
well, if anyone stumbles upon this thread from searching.... they fit. just gotta drill the holes.
