i have a 1994 ford ranger 4.0 5 speed. When I idle and go at low speeds the truck runs perfectly fine however when I get up to 60 or more the truck starts sputtering like it’s misfiring.
I recently rewired the MAF sensor because of issues. My fuel filter is about 6 months old my spark plugs are about 6 months old and my wires are about three weeks old ( I accidentally broke a wire and had to replace them) it has one injector replaced fuel pressure regulator, IAC, TPS, air filter. If anyone has any idea please let me know

Sounds like it may be running lean at cruise speeds.

Have you checked your fuel pressure?

Is the PCV valve functioning properly?
