speedometer,domelight,wipers quit...help!

1998 Ranger 2.5 manual tranny 2whl drive...the speedometer,domelight,wipers all quit at once. They will work when ignition switch is in the on or acc position but as soon as i start the truck they will not work. Been through everything i can think of ,fuses,relays,new ignition switch,still the same they only work when the truck is not running...help me before it drives me crazy!!!!

Just curious...how do you know the speedometer is working w/o the truck running?

heh i guess i shouldve worded it differently...

not sure about the speedometer but the wipers and domelight work only when the truck is not running they all quit at the same time...also when i unplug the rabs sensor on differential then the wipers and domelight dont work at all ,i've already changed the rabs sensor and ignition switch but still the same
