speaker size in 1994 ranger

Was trying to figure out the speaker size in my truck and what other sizes would fit. At the store now

if you're just buying speakers you should know power rating (watts, peak RMS, ohms) for your stereo before you buy...the wrong speakers could blow, short a circuit, possibly even start a fire...

Front and back would be 6x8... you can buy adapter plates to fit 6.5 rounds

they are 5x7 atleast thats what my 94 uses stock

standard size is 5x8, best of my knowlage Polk Audio and Infifnity make exact replacements but 6x9's will work but you will have to re-drill the mounting holes. Just make sure that backset is less than 2 1/8 inches for clearance. Just replaced mine and this is what I used.
