Some people need a background check before being aloud to buy a welder.

Wow, just wow. The photographs are pretty damn scary. It makes me want to change lanes when I am next to lifted vehicles now. I love my lifted trucks, but considering some of the brain dead engineering out there I am worried.

I love the guy’s descriptions of these botched abortions.

isnt there a guy on this site thats making a truck bought like some of those? with his foot tall blocks .. ermm im sorry i mean "perches"

It actually needs to be a little higher so that truck can actually drive under it!

The exhaust cutout made out of a throttle body is pretty creative...other than maybe being a little leaky I don't see what's wrong with that.

The one where they relocated the steering sector is my favorite....I hope it's local so I can give that guy some shit.

I saw a guy the other day with at least 6 blocks on each spring. I wish i could have got a pick of it.

wow, makes you wonder how some people breath.....

I like the suzuki lifted about 4' and is still as tall the explorer next to it

No wonder lifted trucks have a hassel!!! those builders must have been reincarndated, Know one could be that stupid in a singal lifetime!!

Now, I'm a professional welder by trade, and it's sometimes worth a chuckle when looking at a bad weld, but after what I saw on here: http://jalopnik.com/photogallery/epicfaildiyturbo/,

I almost cried and puked at the same time:bawling::bad:.

If you can't weld and don't know how to weld, either get some lessons or let someone who knows how to weld do it for you.:icon_welder:

A 7-year old china boy in a sweatshop could lay down better beads than this.
