Looks like maybe a newer Wrangler turned half cab. I know they have kits for that, I think it was 4 Wheeler magazine that turned of one the new JKs into a 2 door with a bed. I forget what the company is called though...
That Jeep is probably 5x4.5, if so then yes they exist for the Ranger.
If not, my buddy had some on his 87 4Runner that were ugly as hell, so there's a good change some exist in 5x4.5.

jeeps use the same 5x4.5" lug pattern as rangers....so THOSE wheels would work if you could find them 
but, the holes in wheels arent just for show, they help in cooling your brakes down. i wouldnt run solid wheels on a street driven vehicle.

Well, they even mention in articles that they are custom wheels from Stockton. But custom sounds like mucho $$$ ... which I'm not paying for steelies! As for the brakes heating up ... I remember they did warm up a bit in 1997.
FWIW, those wheels are also used in many Land Rovers.

If anyone's interested, I got in touch with Stockton Wheels, the guys who make the wheels for the Jeep pickup I posted earlier.
They are the only guys I've been able to find who make wheels with that look.
They're 89$ ea, 117$ powdercoated any colour. Sounds a bit more expensive than the usual steelies, but nothing outrageous.

I wouldn't pay that much for them, they were really common on older vehicles. There should be piles of them somewhere.
I swiped the spare from my dad's 1967 IH 1100 pickup when I was getting my tires mounted on my new rims... although it is a split rim. It is the one on the front.

google "smoothie wheels", there's lots out there. Summit racing has them from about $65.00 each in chrome.
