We have the Sport Trac that really was the Rangers replacement. I am going to buy one later this year. After driving a few of our friends Sport Trac's I really have decided I like them.

They were supposed to be a 4dr Ranger, they ran alongside the Ranger for many years and didn't outlive the Ranger by much if at all... because nobody bought them.

I never really payed much attention to them. Thinkin about it i have never seen one in a lot and never really see em on the road.i was looking at the drive train parts its the same stuff.

I see Sport Tracs everywhere, every day. Lifted ones look great!!! I really am getting one this year right after summer. I just sold my really clean 02 Grand Cherokee 4x4 to my oldest niece. She is going to college this year and really wanted it. It goes to a new home this summer when she comes down to pick it up.

Yes and no.

When they switched to IRS they killed it IMO. No longer a 4 door ranger in my eyes.

I didn't but I'm sure all new diesel will have some diesel exhaust fluid like adblue.
The new trucks in the department use that stuff and it's supposed to make diesel almost emission free
